I am unable to access the admin console because of a certificate error. How do I update the certificate if I no longer have acess to the admin console?
@Cory24599034k9m0 I believe the only way possible is to remove you as Federated ID and then add you again to your console as Adobe ID so you can log in and change the certificate. If you have any Admin with Adobe or Business ID. He/she can also log in and make the changes.
We also recommend keeping someone with Adobe ID as an Admin so that the console will be available in case of SSO issues.
