Hi,

One of the schools I work at uses Adobe CC on shared devices. When they click on a Adobe app and login they get a 'Sorry 'appname' has encountered an error and needs to close'. Error code 1010.

I have enabled credential manager via GPO by disabling, Network Access: Do not allow storage of passwords and credentials for network authentication. But still having issues.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sean

Error 1010 is related to Windows Credential Manager. Make sure it is enabled.

Hi, thanks for coming back to me, sorry for the delay. I have tried this through GPO and sent this around the school computers, but this does seem to be a continual issue. Can anyone confirm if this is the right gpo for credential manager - Network access: Do not allow storage of passwords and credentials for network authentication?
