Adobe CC licensing Temp access saying Free Trial is expired

I have several students who were given temp access saying that Photoshop is giving them notices that their 7-day trial is up. Any idea what might be going on?

This means they can download the apps and sign in with their school ids and they won't get any trial prompt there.

If your students are seeing trial messages even after launching the CC apps,
