Adobe CC Package Deployed & Installed, Only Acrobat Appear

New Here ,

Hey everyone,

To be brief, I created a CC K-12 licensing package for Mac OS that includes PS, AI, ID, Acrobat, and a few other CC apps. The package is set to shared-device licenses. I deployed it to another device that's complete free of CC files, it has successfully installed, but I'm unable to see anything in my applications folder other than:

  • "Adobe" folder with "AdobePatchFiles" folder within it
  • Adobe Acrobat DC
  • "Adobe Creative Cloud" folder that's completely empty
  • "Adobe Digital Editions.app"

Is there a further step that needs to be taken? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Hello,

By default, the creative cloud desktop app will be included with a license file when you create a shared device license package.

Please confirm if you got the confirmation like "installation successfully" when you tried to install the package.

Also, is there a way to create a package without CC desktop application so students do not need to log in (I do not have ARD purchased)?

That's correct, it said "installation successful".
