Adobe CC Teams to Enterprise

Hi There! 

We recently shifted to Adobe Enterprise and during our shift, while all necessary steps were made. There was no option to sync previous adobe cloud files to the new account, including libraries etc. 

Checked with our admin, read previous forums and taken necessary steps. The files are visible in the previous / now personal account but do not shift to the new account. No option to authorise the shift is given. 

Please help me out with the same.
