I'm trying to find the Adobe Cloud contact (support for final customers) to resolve my double subscription: one paid by myself and a second paid by the EPFL. I've tried Adobe's Software Asset Manager Service, and they don't know who I should contact. Can anyone help me? Thank you for your help.
