Adobe Creative Cloud Causing Cause My Laptop Crash and Need to Force Shutdown

Hi, recently i've install the adobe creative cloud, for the first week i use it without problem then i try to open my Microsoft Team (while the Adobe Illustrator in open) and suddently my laptop is crash, i cant close any apps or click anything. i need to force shutdown and i'm scared it will affect my cpu later.

 

Btw, i'm using my new laptop, 

- AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics 2.90 GHz

- RAM 8gb

- 64bit

Kindly check if any Microsoft updates are available and pending. If yes, install and restart the machine and check if the issue persists. You can try to access the apps in safe mode to check the status.
