I am having a problem with installation apps from Adobe Creative Cloud (all apps). Our company bought 6 licenses. First five work without problems. But the sixth one is the issue. We can not download Illustrator and Photoshop from the account (of the 6th license). We can buy the product or try it but we can not download it for the license that we already bought. Have PC with Windows 10. Is there any possibility to resend those first email again? First time the activating email was opened on the wrong PC. It may be the problem. But the apps were not installed on that PC. What should we do, please?
Is this a team license, enterprise license, or standard individual subscriptions?
