New Here ,

My school purchased a site license for Adobe CS3 and we are unable to activate the software upon installation on our new PCs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CS3 is quite old now. It may have problems running on Windows 7 or later. Can you check if the system requirements are met:

It has been working in the past on our computers. We had to reformat them this summer. Its kind of frustrating knowing we spent over $7000 for a site license and we cannot get a simple answer into fixing this problem.

If you are using CS3 I would advise looking into upgrading, as this is old, unpatched and so insecure.

That is not in our budget to upgrade for another site license. If this is going to be the case with Adobe, we will look at other avenues for teaching photo editing.
