Four days ago, we successfully renewed our Adobe licenses. However, despite the renewal, Adobe customer care seems unresponsive to our concerns, and as a result, we are currently unable to access and use Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Finally it get sorted out. Thanks

The issue has not been resolved properly. The amount is deducted from my account as per the invoice but while we assigning licences to users, it showing that we have to pay more amount
