Adobe Desktop Software User Usage

New Here ,
Oct 31, 2024 Oct 31, 2024

We support over a three thousand people and for our yearly renewals we cannot really ask every person if they are actually using the software.

We would love if the Adobe Admin Console gave us the ability to track this. Even something as little as the last time they hit your authentication server would be sufficient, but if you could report actual minutes of use time per time period in some sort of report that would be amazing for so many reasons.

@Michael4321 This is a recurring request from a number of users. Adobe has yet to come up with a solution. In the meantime you should look into Flexera which can track usage for any installed app in your ecosystem and definitely helps when auditing contracted usages.
