Why has Adobe made it so difficult to do business with, I've made many calls and scheduled a meeting that no one showed up to renew my 100 + licenses, when they call me they don't have caller ID so my smart phone ignores the call, I don't know or seem to have an account rep with a relationship.
Heck of a way to run a business with no customer engagement.
