One of my clients got alerted about the Adobe Target VEC Helper-plugin going to be changed to Adobe Experience Cloud Visual Editing Helper-plugin.

They ae now asking:

When they first implemented Adobe Target VEC Helper it was seen as a SaaS-solution, but is this plugin – and the Adobe Experience Cloud Visual Editing Helper-plugin actually a SaaS solution? And if it is – why do you think so?
