Adobe for Teams - Saying my membership has expired when it hasn't.

Hi -

Starting yesterday, when I try to launch Premiere I get "Membership Expired. You no longer have access to Creative Cloud. Please contact your administrator."

I've contacted my administrator, and he's confirmed that it hasn't expired and many other users under him as part of our Adobe account still have access. And when I log into my Adobe account it shows I have access to 29 apps & services. But I can't get passed the Membership Expired pop up.

I am trying to launch Adobe Premiere CC 2018, if that makes a difference. And I am unable to install new programs as our company doesn't let us hae admin access.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Please request the admin to install the latest version of Premiere Pro on your machine from the creative cloud desktop app and check if you are still getting the same issue.

It might be the case that the app (2018 version) which you are using is associated with an old licensing which is expired and the admin has to install the latest version. If you have installed the creative cloud desktop app then try to sign out/in to check if that resolves your issue.

Ok, that ended up working it seems. Apparently Creative Cloud was corrupted, so I had to reinstall that and then install PP2020.
