Adobe help is useless!!! I tried the (Contact us link), it says to speak to a real person. But hen I get routed to a virtual chatbot who does not comprehend my question and just keeps circle routing me back again

Adobe's support is a special form of pergatory. I am in the same boat currently. Ever since their genius decision to split our accounts into two it's been nothing but issues. I now have to switch into the 'business' profile to get support, but it keeps putting me in my personal profile with no option to switch even though I have that auto select option turned off. The chat robot keeps telling me I have no active plan and I need to switch. That is what I'm trying to do!
