Adobe install fails

I have trouble getting the CC packages installed, no matter what they include, they seem to fail and afterwards CC just uninstalls itself.

Please see the attached log file. Any ideas?

 

Recreating the package or reinstalling the (Windows 10) machine does not help.

restart your computer and retry installing the cc desktop app from here,  https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
