Every couple of months we receive an automated email saying they have completed the return of our Adobe apps and services. We have not asked for this to happen. Our account manager doesn't seem to know why its happening and reinstates them but it keeps happenen every couple of months. Anyone else having this issue and any solutions to prevent it?

It seems like the reseller/ Account Manager placed the order for the wrong type of license and later canceled/returned it and placed the order for the correct license. The dates when the order was placed on October 21, 2020, and August 5, 2020. This might be the reason you are getting a notification about license cancellation. Please don't worry, your contract is still active.
