Hi, our new vendor has created a new VIP# for new license purchase, which has resulted in 2 organizations created as shown below:

org.png

A license from easch organization is to assign to the same user, let's assume Photoshop from Org 1 and Illustrator from Org 2

But the user is able to sign in to Org 2 as shown below, where she is able to gain access to Illustrator only

Please advise any workaround solution for her to use both apps mentioning above

Thanks and rgds,
Ng Poh Fuat

There is no workaround for this. You should contact your vendor so that he merges the two organizations. Alternatively contact Adobe customer support on this. Adobe customer support can be contachted via the admin console.

Hi Ng Poh Fuat,

For the user to be able to use Photoshop they would have to sign into the other Organization i.e, if the Product has been assigned to the User, If the user has not been assigned the product they will not be able to access it.

Hence if the user has to use 2 different products which are under 2 different organizations, they would have to sign out from one organization and sign in to the other.

Hope this helps.

Hi Charles, Thank you for the reply fyi the user has to use both apps side by side and signing in and out would impact the overall user experience, hence we have engaged our vendor to merge the 2 apps to the same organization to ease usage
