adobe-licensing-toolkit.exe not working as expected

New Here ,

Hi, I'm running the below command in cmd.exe:

adobe-licensing-toolkit.exe --licenseInformation

And is returning the blank information:
Adobe Licensing Toolkit (1.1.0.94)
License Details
Operation Successfully Completed

I was expecting it to detect something for my Adobe Acrobat XI standard installation.

As far as I know, the perpetual licenses do not come with any expiry/end date so I hight doubt you will get any result with these tools. You can check the license certificate to get the contract details or contact your reseller for more information.

Hello,

I think Adobe has the AdobeExpiryCheck tool for Acrobat as XI is a serial number based app: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/volume-license-expiration-check.html

Hi,

I tried this initially but the result was unsatisfactory as well:

"

No expiring/expired serial number found on the system ...

AdobeExpiryCheck exit code : 0

"
