I recently updated Premiere Pro and Media Encoder to the 2020 version. However, when I try to export a video from Premiere to Encoder I get an error message that says, "Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature."
Since receiving the error, I uninstalled and reinstalled both programs several times and am still encountering the issue.

Bryansfc, sorry you are encountering problems using Adobe Media Encoder. What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?

Hey Jeff! I'm on a team/company account. It's my own email and password when logging into Creative Cloud. The issue is occuring on my Macbook when running the 2020 versions. However, on my iMac I'm running Premiere 2020, without updating Encoder yet and have not experienced the issue.

Thanks for the update, Bryansfc. Does this mean that your company is managing the computer that you are installing the software on to? Did your company also purchase the Creative Cloud membership? If so, did they purchase a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise membership?

My company uses a Enterprise membership. They don't manage the computer I'm installing onto.
