Adobe Myriad font - licence question

Would a licence need to be purchased if the Myriad pro font was distributed onto a 3rd party windows machine through a business solution we are planning, but not used. Bearing in mind that we have an active Creative Cloud solution in the business.

Yes, you would need a per-machine license to deploy Adobe's font files. Whether it is used is not an issue.
