Adobe .pkg fails every time

I cannot figure out why this user's machine won't install this package...

I have uninstalled Adobe completely, both manually and by using the CC Cleaner tool... The tool does its job, but still it fails every time.

I'm able to install other .pkg files just fine.

I just upgraded the user from Mojave 10.14.6 to Catalina 10.15.6, today -- same result.

She had the 2018 Design Suite installed, but her machine never got the 2020 install when we pushed it out. We have re-packaged with and without Acrobat, as well, since that has been seen as a cause for some, but it doesn't seem to matter.

Hello,

Kindly try to install the package directly on the machine (without using any deployment tool and run the installer file without using the terminal) and check if you are getting the same results. We have to check the Adobe logs to rectify the root cause of the issue. I would suggest creating a support case from the admin console so that our technician would be able to check other details and assist you in this issue.

Thanks. I have actually tried installing by copying the entire install folder to the machine first; and also tried with the CC packager, downloading the apps directly that way... Either way fails.

I have since opened a ticket with Support and it has been escalated.
