Adobe Pro Issue

Good day

 

I need some assistance, one of my team members has an Adobe Pro license. However, she does not have the edit option - as soon as we open a doc it shows that she can subscribe to the paid version. She is logged in via Creative Cloud as well. What am I missing - any ideas?
