As you can see in the second screenshot you posted, it says "Deleted-Org," meaning the contract has already expired and the console has been deleted.
However, saying that I have forwarded your query to the right department and they will reach out to you at the earliest.

Hi
It was active and we already updated our credit card in the system and system should detect the amount from the new added card.
However, we received email in the same day of expiry saying that because the system cannot renew the subscription the admin portal is no longer active.
The system did not allow us to renew it manually and it disable our admin portal. The system should give change at least few days to correct this issue but it did not happen.
We are old customer with adobe acrobat pro, please fix this issue ASAP, other wise we will look for alternative.
