Unfortunately, I am here to try to get help because Adobe's technical support simply does not work. Last week I tried to purchase Adobe products, I did the whole purchase process and in the last step the portal gave me the indication that the purchase had failed. However the amount was taken from the credit card. I talked to the support chat and they told me that sometimes it happens but that in 48 hours the problem would be solved. I have an open case, but was never contacted by Adobe and so far the situation remains unresolved. I find unacceptable the lack of response and above all the lack of respect for me and my company.
Does anyone have a direct contact so that once and for all I can solve my problem.
