Adobe Professional Cloud packager created requests adobe ID

Hello,

we are trying to install the Adobe Professional (via cloud packager) on a golden image (vmware view) and when starting the client it asks for a adobe ID. We entered the license and no issues where seen, only when starting the application it comes with the question for a ID.

We had a older package which we implemented the new key on with the cloud packager and this works fine. It's on a different golden image. Now when trying to install the latest licensed Adobe Pro 18 we get this problem.

I used the clean up script, I update the packager to the latest version but nothing helps. Anyone any idea?

Hi,

It is possible to apply the serial number using the APTEE tool with the –stream parameter for imaging workflows.

For details please refer to https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/provisioning-toolkit-enterprise.html
