Adobe Says I Have No Plan and I Was Just Charged. Where Did It Go?

New Here ,
Mar 04, 2022 Mar 04, 2022

I have an account under my school email, but there is literally no one to talk to. My paid plan disappeared...even though I was just charged a few days ago.

I tried reinstalling my apps or logging in, but they now say free trial.

Can someone help me? I've tried everything I could and checked the forms. I haven't found a solution and I have no access to directly contact an Adobe representative.

We appreciate you reaching out. I checked your account details and found that you cancelled the Adobe Acrobat subscription on July 31, 2024. The term will end on August 18, 2024.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Hi, I have this same issue. I used a school account to sign up and now I'm being billed even though my account says I don't even have a plan.

I'm disputing the claim with my bank because I never recieved the services I'm paying for. We'll see how it goes.
