Im receiving this error message, with no error code. I had a subscription renewed and this started happening when trying to assign creative cloud to my profile. I used adobe products daily so there should be no connection or setting issues.

Server is not responding

To isolate the issue, you cab try accessing the console on you mobile device and check if you are getting the same error.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
