Adobe server is not responding when trying to assign products!

Im receiving this error message, with no error code. I had a subscription renewed and this started happening when trying to assign creative cloud to my profile. I used adobe products daily so there should be no connection or setting issues.

 

error message:

Server is not responding

Your assignment could not be completed because our servers are not responding. Check your internet connection, proxy or firewall settings, then try again.

@Valtteri29046428xf0u May I know if you tried in incognito mode and on different browsers?

To isolate the issue, you cab try accessing the console on you mobile device and check if you are getting the same error.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
