Adobe Sign: User Logon not working, going in circles

Working with user and we encounter the sign in window to use personal account or company accout. Need to use company. Information is correct but get "We experienced problems with Adobe login. Please try again". We have cleared data for adobe from browser and tried recreating the user account, no resoution so far.
