Adobe Stock - Moving from Adobe ID to Enterprise ID

New Here ,
Feb 08, 2019 Feb 08, 2019

Recently the organization I work for started using Adobe Enterprise to assign Creative Cloud app licenses. Previously, app licenses were assigned to Adobe ID accounts on an as-needed basis.

I have an Adobe Stock subscription attached to my Adobe ID (the same Adobe ID that was previously used for the app licenses). In the past, of course, there was a seamless connection between Stock and CC apps- I could license images directly to my CC Libraries and then access them in-app. Now that my apps are accessed through the Enterprise ID, I can no longer work seamlessly in this way.

My question is this- is there a way to either merge or transfer the Stock subscription from the Adobe ID to the Enterprise ID? I have looked everywhere for information on this but haven't been able to find anything. Thank in advance for any input or help you may have!

Hi,

Adobe ID and Enterprise ID are different accounts.

You could log in to a web browser to access your existing licensed images and then move them to your Enterprise ID CC storage.
