Hi,
Our company actively blocks cloud connectivity (I know we will be changing sooner rather than later).
We are after the Adobe XD preview, but this is only avaialble in Adobe CC.
We do have volume license to all Adobe suite. I do use Adobe package manager to download a lot of the existing stuff. But Adobe XD is not there.
Any help?

Hi Bernard,
The version of Creative Cloud Packager you are using is out of date.
Adobe XD has been made available for packaging through the packager but you need to have the latest version of the Creative Cloud Packager ( 1.9.6 Build 56).
All you need to do in order to install the latest packager version is quit out of it and kill any background Adobe processes running on your machine and then launch the packager. It should prompt you for an available update which you have to choose to install.
In case it does not give you an update notification, please go to the Packager preferences and there is a check box for ' Always keep Creative Cloud Packager upto date' . Please ensure that is checked.
Once done, Adobe XD should be available for you under the Applications and Updates screen.
As a side-note, since Adobe XD is currently only available for Mac OSX, it is only made available for the Mac OS version of the Packager.
Hope this helps.
