I've built an extensive set of 40 Adobe Stock libraries over the last 3 years for my company (Teams account). Many purchased and not-yet purchased assets in those libraries. I've called Adobe twice, and they can't figure it out and say they will escalate the problem, but I never hear back from them. Now when I open any marketing materials that use those assets, all the links are missing. Any ideas? It's a HUGE setback for our company, and we can't seem to get the needed help!

Let me try and help. Can you let me know about the following.
1. At setup time, did you get an option to select a profile to move your assets to? What did you choose: Personal or business?
2. When you sign in to https://assets.adobe.com, after entering your email + password, do you get an option to choose a profile?
3. If you don't get a profile chooser, can you see if automatic profile selection enabled?
3. Are the libraries visible in your personal profile?
Also, do take a look at this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/help/business-profiles-adobe-stock.html

Thanks for the help!
