Allow the Creative Cloud Packager to package/deploy Adobe Aero

New Here ,
Nov 20, 2023 Nov 20, 2023

Currently the Creative Cloud Packager cannot package Adobe Aero for deployment to classrooms.

The ability to package is valuable by enabling IT to deploy Adobe Aero to computer classrooms in bulk for students to use. Saving staff, faculty and student classtime compared to installing on each PC in each computer lab.

Steps to reproduce

  1.  Sign into Adobe Enterprise Console
  2. Go to Packages
  3. Create a new package
  4. Select any licensing model
  5. Select your entitlement
  6. Select "Windows (64 bit)"
  7. Under "Other Versions" check both Beta and Pre-release apps

  8. Expected - Adobe Aero beta would be an option.
Actual - Adobe Aero does not show up as packagable.

I was expecting it to be there too... It still isn't Adobe, as a company, has made my job so difficult, meanwhile they are raking in the chips. You have one job, Adobe. Make the user experience decent. And that includes for sysadmin, like me. Thanks for dealing with my rant.
