Am I actually on the Creative Cloud for Teams plan?

Explorer ,
Feb 22, 2018 Feb 22, 2018

Recently my team moved from individual CC subscriptions to CC for Teams.

I clicked the link in the Teams invitation email, which launched me to my Adobe ID pages, but there was never any message like 'Congratulations, you're now on the Team'.

My individual subscription has been cancelled (with intervention of Adobe chat support).

Adobe support mentioned that the Team plan was not visible on my account.

How can I confirm that I'm on the team plan? As far as I can see, the company name / team name is not visible anywhere in the CC desktop app, or on my Adobe ID pages.

The worry is that I'm in some kind of grace period, or trial period.

I don't want to be left high and dry if that runs out.

How can I be sure I'm actually on the CC Teams plan?

If I was on the Teams plan, how would I know?

How would I know which Team I was on?

Thanks for any insights!

Hi,

I can see that you are currently on the team account for your organisation.

Your account should have an admin who can assign/remove licenses on your admin console and with whom you can check the status of your membership.

Thanks alisterblack

Are you saying there is no way I can see for myself which CC Teams plan(s) I am on?

Hi Lojambo,

If you go to adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID it should tell you what your product entitlement is.

I know that.

But it doesn't say which CC Team(s) I'm on
