Hallo,
VG Dani
Hi @daniela_1978,
Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, you are experiencing a login issue with Adobe software when using your home Wi-Fi. While the applications work fine on your school's network, you receive an error message at home stating that the login attempt does not match the egress IPs assigned to your profile. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.
Upon checking, I can see that you have been assigned an SDL (Shared Device License) for higher education.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

It is possible that specific device configuration settings were applied when setting up the product profile, which may be restricting access to Adobe applications outside your institution's network. You can refer to this document for more details: SDL User Access Policy.
When a product profile is created, the following configurations can be managed:
User Access Policy: Defines who in your institution can access Adobe applications and services on the device.
Egress IP Addresses: Controls access based on the institution's external/public IP addresses.
Associated Machines: Determines access based on organizational unit, IP address range, or the deployed package.
Although setting an egress IP range is optional, if configured, it must be an external/public IP address rather than an internal machine IP. If your home IP is not allowed, this may cause the error.
To resolve the issue, consider the following steps:
Check the egress IP settings in the Adobe Admin Console and, if permitted, add your home IP. Alternatively, you can remove this configuration as this is optional.
Use a VPN: If your school provides a VPN, connecting to it from home may enable authentication.
Verify your license type: SDL is designed for shared devices within an institution. If you require access from home, you might need an individual or named-user license instead.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance with this query.
Regards,
^AN
