My school recently changed the email extension. I can no longer login. Here is my tried login process:
1) Press on Adobe ID
2) Type in my old email extension (Adobe doesn't recognise the new one)
3) This brings up my own school's loginner
4) Enter the login details with my new email extension (School doesn't recognise the old one)
5) Adobe: "another user is currently logged in. Clear browser cookies and restart your browser"
(I tried doing that but with no results)
I tried creating a new Adobe ID with the new email extension (which is this one), but I can' access subscriptions
Try contacting support. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
Type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
