basically i want to delete my account because i was told to activate the plan on my student email, basically creating another account which currently has a functioning plan.
what happens here is that for some reason adobe (chat) support is unable to delete my account because it belongs to some enterprise team or something.
which i have not the slighties idea about.
either way yeah, i can see some developer menu and admin actions menu.
but i can't remove myself from whatever team i'm supposed to be in.
it's been a couple of weeks, so yeah, would really appreciate if someone helps me.
It seems that your account is linked to the Developer Console, and you need assistance removing the account or deleting the portal.

while i can follow the contact administrator link, there are no administrators and i'm the sole users of whatever group i'm in.
therefore i can't even remove myself. 😭😭😭

tried to but i can only add myself as support and deployment admin, roles from which i can't delete anything.
currently talking to support through chat but my man is sending me the general delete accounts steps. lol

i had the student subscription plan.
wanted to reactivate it on the 16th but my profile information wouldn't load.
chat support told me to reactivate it on my university email.
therefore i created another account and wanted to delete this account.
not sure at what point it became this enterprise thing.
but definitely a bug because at some point i had an annual pre-paid plan but there was no billing attached to it.\
adobe managed to cancel it but i'm stuck with the account deletion.

i believe i can.
i guess it's a possibility to leave this account with a random email but still feels a bit odd not being to delete it.
sent them a tweet @adobecare

get a gmail or hotmail email address. change the account to that email.
then you be able to use your school email with a new account/subscription.
