Hi there,

I have successfully installed AUSST and creative cloud center updates and installs from my internal server correctly.

(verified by using netstat and file access monitoring on my internal server)

When trying to update clients using remoteupdatemanager (version 2.3.05) no updates are found and no applications are found installed.

This is the guide i have followed

https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/enterprise/package/help/update-server-setup-tool.html

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Thanks

Have you been able to get this working or is it still status quo?

Could you provide some information about your environment. For example, have you setup AUSST on IIS etc.

Also, I noticed that you've provided a link to the article that you used. It seems that some changes were made to article recently. Could you verify your setup against the following article: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/update-server-setup-tool.html
