My sign in isn't working and I have no idea how to get around this. I'm on a work computer and signed out because I was having XD issues and when I tried to sign back in this modal popped up.

This dialog is promting you to enter your Proxy credentials, without which your network won't let the traffic pass through to Adobe.

In most cases, these are the same credentials that you use to access other company resources. If that doesn't work, you'll need to work with your IT Admins to get these details or have your computer bypass the proxy servers.
