I recently adjusted my Creative Cloud subsctipton count because our renewal came up today. I wanted to right-size and pare down our subscriptions. We had too many Creative Cloud subscriptons. I removed licenses from old employees and deleted their user accounts. Everyone else was assigned the appropriate subscriptions (Acrobat, Indesign, Photoshop, Creative Cloud). Today, I get calls saying their Creative Cloud Expired. I go into the Admin Console and find that 5 people lost their subscriptions? I was able to re-add those people back to Creative Cloud, but this has to be a glitch/bug. Has anyone else had people lose their subscrptions on their Annual Renewal date after subscription reductions.
