Automate Changing Scratch Disk/Cache Settings

New Here ,
Nov 10, 2022 Nov 10, 2022

Greetings All,

There needs to be an official way for IT Administrators to be able to change the the scratch disk and cache settings for all Creative Cloud apps, whether by scripting, GPO, etc...

Especially if there are more than a few dozen (try at least 5 dozen) Windows workstations.  It is time-consuming to change the settings one workstation at a time.

To be clear, we need to change the scratch disk and cache location to another lettered drive that is not C:\.  The Default C:\ does not work for us.

I assume you mean Photoshop which AFAIK is the only app that uses a scratch disk.
