Availability of Adobe Storage for Business?

We are Creative Cloud Enterprise users, but I can't find any documentation or announcements as to when we will be rolled into the Adobe Storage for Business that is being rolled out in a phased manner. We are interested in taking advantage of the Team Libraries functionality, but I can't get any indication as to when we will have access to that functionality.
