Adobe makes changes to the admin console side that impacts our users and our security policy for the org without any options to centrally disable their changes. Any reach out to adobe is met with off shore support tier 1 or at best tier 2 technicians with little to no understanding of the product or security policy. It would be nice for the thousands of dollars we are throwing at adobe every year to open PDF files that they could at least give us some real USA onshore support with account reps who know what the heck they are doing. Further, give us admins ways to turn on or off account options centrally in the portal vs bothering our users or our techs to touch each and every PC to make manual changes that at best only hide the security concern adobe is creating. Hoping someday Microsoft just gives us a solid PDF edititor in Word so we can drop the overly expensive PDF editor all together.
