Build Fail when installing CC on mac

When I use the CC Packager after it downloads the files for CC I get an error that the Build Failed: Build Fail, Your build encountered unrecoverable errors.

The Log has the following.

Tue Mar 24 10:12:36 2015[INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Build Version - 1.8.0.23
Tue Mar 24 10:12:36 2015[INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Logging Level verbosity Set  to 4
Tue Mar 24 10:12:36 2015[INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - AdobePackageBuilder : Terminate packet received from UI. Quitting ...

How do I resolve this issue.

I would try deleting the contents of the cache folder of CCP. Go to the drop-down 'Welcome' menu and choose Preferences>'Click Here to empty cache folder'.

Then get fresh downloads and try again.
