Hola:
Estoy intentando modificar la dirección a la que se realiza la factura mensual. Tengo configurado el pago por Paypal y en dicha plataforma aparece actualizada la nueva dirección pero en las facturas sigue incorporándose la antigua.

Do you have an Enterprise subscription? As yo have posted here in the Enterprise&Teams forum, I should mention that all data for such subscriptions get updated via the admin console.

Yes, it´s an Enterprise subscripcion, but i don´t find where i can change that information.

I follow the steps but, because i hace Paypal for Paypal method, i cna´t chande the billing address.

paypal is only accepted from some countries. (actually, i think the usa is the only country where it's accepted.)

Make sure your address is correct for Paypal - that dictates your billing address on the account. If the billing address is stil not correct, submit a ticket through the Enterprise portal.
