Hi all,
I have to stop billing as a company and continue as a individual.
Is it possible or do I have to close the company account and create a new one as a individual?

The account that you used to post here -- is associated with an individual plan. You can just update your payment/billing information and you should be good to go. So, if you're using a company credit card, replace that with a personal credit card.

Thanks so much, I've removed my VAT number, I think it should be ok now!

Sorry I thought I had solved it, but even if I remove the VAT number and save, then it puts it back.
I can't remove it.
