Hello my name is Youjin Choi and I use Mac Pro laptop computer
On the 6th of Jan I downloaded Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one year).
After downloading, a serious number of computer malfunctions occurred caused by
software version not matching. I had mac version 10.6 when the CC programmes worked on 10.8 and above.
So now in order for my comp to work again I need to reset my whole comp from scratch
meaning all the downloaded programmes would be deleted
since I have already passed on the money transaction for the programmes, i was wondering
if i could continue using the same order account(?) after I have sorted all the software version for my comp
to accept the programmes.
Or would it be more easier if I cancel the programme account, get refund and do it all again after fixing my comp?
My order number is # AD001305431EDNZ
Please help me
Thank you very much.
Youjin,
I'm just another member, but I think I can answer your question. Your Creative Cloud membership allows you to re-download and install the applications anytime. The license is linked to you (your Adobe ID) and not a specific computer. So even if your computer gets messed up, your Creative Cloud subscription should be fine.
