Can i recover my Adobe Cloud Files?

Hi,

I got an issue when my Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription Bill were suddenly ended, and when it fixed by transferred into Enterprise ID (using the same corporate email) then i lost all my cloud files (photos, presets, fonts, etc). Any solutions so that i could recover my files?

Hello,

If your account is now migrated to Enterprise ID then the cloud assets might be under the Adobe ID and you have to migrate it manually. Here is the help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html
