as many others, I am not able to assign one of my Acrobat Pro licences to any of my users at my team. I get a error message without a code (see attached). The accounts are activated and work, the licence was bought about 3-4 weeks ago.
The support by phone sadly was not able to help me on this one. As Adobe already has my money, it would be much appriciated to use the software I paid for...

Hi, @Felix25049048gcsy. It needs further investigation. Please contact the Support team, who will raise a ticket under your account and assist accordingly. It seems to be a contract or licensing-related issue. You will find the number under the Support tab in the admin console or initiate a chat session.
