I was told from http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager/creative-cloud-packager-faq.html that CCP can be downloaded from https://creative.adobe.com/ but I don't find Admin Console after I logged in.
What's wrong with me?
Thanks,

For me the links are on the right hand side (a fair way down I admit) after I log into https://creative.adobe.com ... under a heading of 'IT Deployment' ... you don't see this?
I'm an admin on our Creative Cloud for Teams subscription, perhaps that's a factor..?

Thank you, bro. Yes, I belive the reason is I am not an admin of Creative Cloud.
But how to become an admin?

That's one of the fundamental flaws in Creative Cloud's implementation...folks like us who are responsible for deploying the software don't have access.
The term "admin" in this case appears to be administration of usage, not adminstration of the environment.
We've made Adobe aware and I'm certain there are discussions about this, hopefully it'll get sorted out before our many production folks get restless.
A proposal was to provide deployment certification including access to the required tools. I'm all for that.

Guys,
Anyone can be added as a admin for a Creative Cloud Team. In some cases it is procurement who receive the initial e-mail in other instances it is IT but either way whoever has the access can just desinate an additional admin and then you will see Creative Cloud Packager. Regarding access for IT admins who are not Team Customers this may be something we look in to at some point so that we can get feedback from the community.
Cheers

Hi Karl,
It's a logistical issue in many large environments where IT has to vet all software requests. In order to vet Creative Cloud, IT has to be able to test. In order to test, we need to have access to the tools, source and appropriate dev licensing.
Vetting includes functionality (does it do what our users, groups, departments and subsidiaries need), vulnerability (does it run properly with our anti-virus solutions; does it REALLY need to call home, some environments have restrictions against just that, etc.), packaging (does your tool create a proper zero-touch deployable package meaning can it be pushed to logged off Macs), deployment (we need to test deployment to the different department build configurations, OS'es, etc.), license management (are we able to manage licensing internally, as some environments have strict bans on applications "calling home")...the list goes on....
At the current time IT is "locked out", unable to properly vet Creative Cloud, so it is on the "not approved" list, as per corporate policies and procedures.
Many of us in IT have been involved with AAMEE (APTEE, RUM, etc.) from their inception, however it appears Creative Cloud was conceived, designed and released without our involvement. With that said, there is no way for us to proceed, so our Firms are in a holding pattern.
Hopefully Adobe can resolve this IT access issue so enterprise firms that have these mandatory controls in place can properly vet and deploy software in our environments.
Thanks,
Don

Karl,
I could not agree with Don more. With the elimination of the CS line, my organization is considering alternative software. If we were given the opportunity to test packaging, deployment, and implementation on even a trial basis without having to involve procurement, that would be huge. I like the suggestion above requesting that a deployment certification be available. You could take that a step further and set it up as a requirement for a limited access account that can package and test the products, but obviously only license their purchased products.
Thanks,
Scott

Quite agree with Don and Scott, we have volume licenses for Adobe products like CS5/5.5/6 and After Effects(Both Mac and Win version), and we hope it can be easy to try Creative Cloud tools if you are willing.

Hi All,
I spoke with Don on the phone yesterday and hopefully resolved some of his fears, which I believe many share. What I would like to make clear is that Creative Cloud Packager as of right now is for Creative Cloud Team customers not Enterprise. Team is based on smaller deployments and requires users to sign in to license applications and be online every so often to validate. This is not scalable for enterprise. I believe the majority of you are IT admins for Enterprise and not Team and so this is why I have not reached out to provide access to Creative Cloud Packager. Our Creative Cloud Enterprise customers at this moment in time still use AAMEE which everyone has access to. Information has not been terribly forthcoming lately and so I understand the confusion and the feelings that we are "locking out" the very IT admins that have always helped the AAMEE team, however this is not the case. Over the next few weeks I will be providing more information on the Blog which should give a better understanding of the direction of the IT Tools.
Cheers
Karl
